Zubxo operates strictly as a content discovery bridge and subtitle service. Our platform functions as a search engine and interface that aggregates publicly available video content from third-party sources.Zubxo does not host, store, or upload any video files on its servers. Our primary service is providing a localized viewing experience by overlaying Sinhala subtitles onto these external public streams.

2. Nature of Content

By using Zubxo, you acknowledge and agree that:

All video content is hosted by third-party servers not affiliated with Zubxo.
Zubxo acts solely as a "bridge" connecting users to these public sources.
We have no control over the availability, quality, or legality of the content on third-party servers.
Our proprietary contribution is limited to the user interface and the Sinhala subtitle layer.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Zubxo application for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials (including our proprietary subtitle files);
Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Zubxo application;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
Mirror the materials on any other server.

The materials on Zubxo are provided 'as is'. Zubxo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. Since we do not host the video content, we cannot guarantee its persistence, quality, or safety. Any issues related to the video stream should be directed to the respective hosting provider.

5. Third-Party Links & Liability

Zubxo has not reviewed all of the sites or servers linked to its application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zubxo. Use of any such linked website or service is at the user's own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
